Chris Zemler, Senior Manager – Global Business Technology
Chris Zemler is a senior IT leader with global enterprise experience specializing in business strategy and complex program management.
Chris is senior manager of global business technology at VF Corporation in the Williamson-Dickie Mfg. division, where he is responsible for supporting multiple business units by developing business needs, managing strategic projects and supporting critical business systems. In this role, he supported the implementation of the company’s NGC PLM, supply chain management and quality assurance solutions. Previously, he has served in various project management positions at Citigroup, IBM, Viasoft and Tandy Corporation.
A fun fact about Chris: Last summer, Chris completed a five-day backpacking trip in Colorado with his son and nine of his son’s friends.
Charles Bremser, Director of Quality Assurance
Charles has thirty-four years comprehensive experience in Manufacturing, Operations, Product Development, and Quality Assurance roles. During these roles, Charles initiated improvement, drove change, motivated & elevated teams, collaborated cross-functionally with both internal and external partners and developed corporate & global QA policies. He also implemented/supported quality processes and systems to ensure product meets US State and Federal safety & regulatory requirements as well as retail customer expectations.
Charles joined Randa Accessories in October 2017 as Director of Quality Assurance. He is responsible for the quality of all Randa products that includes a portfolio of 50+ brands leading a global team active in over a dozen countries.
Prior to Randa Accessories, Charles served as Director of Quality Assurance for Topson Downs of California and Director of Quality Assurance /Technical Design for The Children’s Place. Additionally, he managed product safety and quality for companies including Target, Eddie Bauer, Structure (Division of Limited, INC), Kmart, Lands’ End and others.
Charles holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Apparel and Textiles from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.

Josue Solano, President & COO
Josue Solano is the President and Chief Operating Officer of BBC International. Aside from Corporate Strategy and Management, he is personally responsible for Global Sourcing, Compliance, and Supply Chain management. He has been with the company for 15 years and held varying positions in Sales, Design, Licensing, and Operations. Prior to BBC, Josue spent the first 10 years of his career in Retail in Buying, Planning, and Allocation.
Josue has a Master’s degree in Business Administration and like his founder believes in giving back to the industry. He serves on the board of directors for the FDRA and AAFA. Josue currently Chairs the Product Safety Committee for the FRDA and has held that post for 3 years. He also serves on the Executive committee of the AAFA alongside his CEO and Founder, Bobby Campbell.
