Ajay Bhardwaj, Director of Planning
Ajay is a leader with more than 30 years of experience in general management including P & L responsibility, strategic planning, sourcing, and end-to-end supply chain management.
In his current role as the Director of Planning for Glen Raven Custom Fabrics, Ajay is responsible for ensuring excellent service levels to customers, working capital management, strategic capacity planning and for developing annual business plans for the division. Prior to joining Glen Raven, Ajay held leadership roles at EQ3, Hanes Brands, JDA, Flynt Fabrics and Capital Knitwear.
A fun fact: Ajay loves fast cars, wine and cricket – not necessarily in that order!
Joe Hardin has over 30 years of experience in planning management and software implementation including demand planning, supply chain management, strategic planning, replenishment planning, SAP implementation, i2 Factory Planner software and Supply Chain Planner software.
Currently, as the Demand Planner for Glen Raven Custom Fabrics, Joe manages the Logility forecast and reconciles it with the business plan on a monthly basis. In addition to Demand Planning, Joe has planning responsibilities for the largest product category within Custom Fabrics. Prior to coming to Glen Raven, Joe held management positions at Wrangler, VF Corporation, Healthtex, Culp Inc., and Kayser-Roth.
A fun fact: Joe is an avid photographer and always carries a camera!
David Leonard has been a Supply Chain Specialist with Glen Raven for over 5 years. He joined Glen Raven in 2013 to assist with the Logility implementation and ultimately became the “super user” for the DP-IP-SP modules. In addition to his role with the Logility software, he has planning responsibilities for multiple product lines.
David graduated summa cum laude from the University of Tennessee’s Haslam School of Business, with a dual concentration in Supply Chain Management and Marketing.
A Fun Fact: David was born and raised in a remote area of Alaska – his hometown has a population of fewer than 100 people!
