Elaine Videau, Senior Planning Manager
Elaine oversees the demand and supply planning for several product lines including all cheese, ice cream, cultured and butter products. Elaine has 28 years’ experience in the food industry in various planning leadership roles. Elaine’s planning experience includes leading teams with other major food companies like Land O’Lakes, Ruiz Foods and Aurora Foods. Elaine first became familiar with the benefits of Logility software in 2005 with the successful implementation of Logility Voyager Manufacturing Planning™ at Ruiz Foods.
A fun fact: Elaine took a year sabbatical to run a non-profit youth football program with retired NFL players/coaches.
Bryan Arneson, Senior Purchasing Manager
In addition to his primary role as Senior Purchasing Manager, Bryan has been a core team member on Tillamook’s Logility implementation and is currently serving as the Supply Chain Planning & Procurement lead on the organization’s Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations implementation project. Bryan’s 20-plus year supply management career includes experience in food, cancer diagnostics and high-purity chemical delivery equipment industries.
A fun fact: Bryan’s daughter, Avigail, was born at home (on purpose).
Tom Moullet, Planning Manager
Tom oversees the production and purchase planning of all cheese, ice cream, yogurt, and butter product lines. Prior to Tillamook, he spent six years at LaCrosse Footwear in a variety of supply chain and demand planning functions.
A fun fact: Tom once spent a summer as a backpacking guide at Philmont Scout Ranch in New Mexico.
Brad Blasi, Demand Planning Manager
Brad recently joined the Tillamook team as Demand Planning Manager. Prior to his current role, he worked in planning and operations for various organizations including Keen Footwear, Lacrosse Footwear and Nike.
A fun fact: Brad once sang Handle’s Messiah with his high school choir at Carnegie Hall in New York on Palm Sunday.
