Bill Panak

Bill is an accomplished supply chain analytics executive with extensive experience in the areas of business development and expansion, personnel management, direct and digital marketing, risk management, and process improvement.  He has a proven track record of building analytical frameworks and business decision processes that increase margins, reduce risk, and manage operational complexity.  With a strong foundation in research methods, statistics, technical writing, and developing technical talent, Bill provides more than 20 years of experience in team-building, client management, contractor management, outsourcing and vendor management.  As Halo’s VP of Data Science, Bill is responsible for creating proprietary supply chain algorithms and foundational data workflow assets translating complex data and analytical problems into actionable information.
